Do you know how your name was chosen?

It is such a short story. I was born in 1952 when Jeanette McDonald was making movies. For some reason my mom liked her name. Also a kid song, Jeanette's Wooden Shoes, was familiar to my mom(she sang it too! YIKES!). Jeanette was not the only option for my name. Rebecca was also considered. I don't have a middle name only because mom said that my name was already long enough.
